Inflation is literally sucking the soul out of us!

Stress and emotions are running high, but our patience is an all time low.

Let me share some good news with you!

I am lowering my prices.

Bodywork is needed now more then ever! It is hard to fid someone with Experience, Compassion and Integrity.  I am going to "toot my own horn" here and say I fit all three categories.

Of course, Discounts still apply!

One thing to note though, credit cards are very unpredictable and while I can continue to take them, I would prefer we do check, cash, Zelle or Venmo (between friends and no words).

• Body work is where you allow me to read your body and do CranioSacral, Somato Emotional Release, Massage, Trigger Point or whatever modality your body might be asking for at that time.
• Back to Basics: This means that I massage one muscle group at a time until there is very little tension left in that area. This allows all the other attachment sites relating to other muscles areas to respond similarly and start to relax as well.
• I do offer Aromatherapy, I would like you to bring your own oils that you KNOW you WILL NOT have an allergic reaction too!
• Your first visit to me will be $15 off the current price of whatever modality is performed, that includes an intake form and interview of past injuries and health.
